I don’t know about you but I’ve been reading a lot more often lately. It's my time to relax, unwind, and enjoy some time to myself during this craziness. Reading has been known to not only increase knowledge, but also help ease tension and create a sense of mindfulness given the requirement to be present while reading. Not everyone has the same taste in genre, however here are some of the most popular health & wellness / self-help /empowering books on the market! Of course I added my favorite cookbook as well.
