Beat the Heat With These Cold Treats
As the days are getting warmer, our appetite for different foods might change. You’ll want cold, refreshing snacks and meals to fuel and cool you down! Things like on the go items to take on a walk, post/pre workout fuel, or quick easy “no oven” meals so you don’t have to turn on the heat. Well I’ve gathered you all here to give you just that!

⅓ C fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp chipotle chili powder*
⅛ tsp black pepper
¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
16 oz lump crab meat
½ C diced and drained fresh tomatoes
⅓ C finely chopped red onion
⅓ C finely chopped sweet yellow pepper
Honey Cilantro Sour Cream
1 C sour cream
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp minced cilantro

Easy Shrimp Ceviche with Avocado
1 pound peeled and deveined raw medium shrimp
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (from 2 to 3 limes)
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1 medium jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (about 3 tablespoons)
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 medium avocado
Tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
