One hour to complete “The Workout.” There will be different variations so all can participate!
When:
Memorial Day – Monday, May 29th. Heats will begin at 6:00am and 7:15am.

Body One Fitness, 201 Herondo St Ste 100, Redondo Beach, Ca 90277
Why:
This is a popular workout created in memory of a Navy Lieutenant who died in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. He was killed during a reconnaissance mission to find a key Taliban leader in Afghanistan. When the team came under fire from a much larger enemy force, he knowingly left his position of cover to get a clear signal to communicate with his headquarters, the U.S. Navy said. He died fighting. So, when the sun is beating down on your back, when your palms are ripping open from the rig, when your legs feel like a bowl of Jell-O, keep pushing forward in his honor.
How:
Minimum $25 donation - All proceeds go directly to the Navy SEAL Foundation. Please CLICK HERE to donate and then follow additional steps to reserve your preferred heat for Memorial Day.

THE WORKOUT:
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
…in a 20-lb. weight vest
VARIATION ONE:
1-mile run (or 1600m row or 2mile bike)
Then 10 rounds of:
10 pull-ups
20 push-ups
30 air squats
1-mile run (or 1600m row or 2mile bike)
VARIATION TWO:
1-mile run (or 1600m row or 2mile bike)
Then 20 rounds of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
1-mile run (or 1600m row or 2mile bike)
