Chris Roman is a Hermosa Beach native and former NCAA Waterpolo player. He also has 10 years of coaching and personal training experience in the world of functional fitness and wellness. He believes that the proper biomechanics & full range of motion are the cornerstones to safe and effective training; which translates into elite-level fitness all the while developing one's durability for life. High intensity is added to one's training, only after durability and a proper foundation have been established. The result is growth and a heightened sense of wellbeing.
