My name is Chelsey Tipton, I have been a trainer and coach since 2013. I have taught crossfit, bootcamps, and work one on one with all sorts of different people, from the young athlete to the older wheel chair bound. I strive to help others to improve on their own personal goals. Whether its to race in a marathon, or to play with their kids longer, or even be a stress reliever after a long day at work. I have been involved with fitness since I was 13 years old and have loved every second of it.
