Adriana became familiar with strength training as a collegiate swimmer at the University of Idaho. Throughout her college swimming career, she wanted to be a Strength and Conditioning Coach and spent some time as an Intern in the weight room during those years, but ended up becoming a Division I Swim Coach / Recruiting Coordinator upon graduation – sometimes you just have to accept opportunities that are offered to you and run with them! During her seven years of coaching collegiate swimming, she was fortunate to be able to use the student-athletes’ weight room and was always friends with the Strength staff, so never had an excuse to not get in there and workout!
Adriana was introduced to Body One Fitness (in Redondo Beach) when she began coaching with Beach Cities Swimming in 2016 and very quickly became a member after doing 100+ wallballs one day and not being able to walk the next. Adriana dabbled in a little bit of coaching at Body One Fitness back in 2019, but her true passions lie on the Sales and Operations side of the business. She worked as a Regional Sales & Operations Manager for West Coast Fitness (a developer of Orangetheory Fitnesses) prior to coming back on the Body One Fitness team. She has enjoyed getting to know the Body One Fitness, RPV members and is excited to make Body One Fitness a household name in the fitness industry!
